The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.60 per order.
For orders over €80.00, shipping is free.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
worldwide 7.00 €
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
Customers from Switzerland can view the costs incurred using the XTARES fee calculator of the Federal Customs Administration ( http://xtares.admin.ch ).
Based on our customs declaration, the customs authorities of the destination country can collect customs duties and import sales tax from the recipient. The recipient will only receive the shipment once he has paid all applicable customs duties and taxes to the customs authorities.
delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 5 days in Germany and within 6 - 14 days for deliveries abroad after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
