WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG EVEN THOUGH I TRANSFERRED THE AMOUNT A FEW DAYS AGO?

I RECEIVED THE DELIVERY FROM YOU, BUT I FOUND THAT I ORDERED SOMETHING WRONG, WHAT NOW?
You are welcome to send us the items you ordered incorrectly at your own expense and put a note in the package telling us how we should proceed. We will then either refund you the purchase price of the incorrectly purchased chain or we will exchange it for another one. Please note that there is a shipping charge once for the re-shipment.
